Listing

Displays the indices e.g. Composite Index, EMAS Index, Second Board, etc in either list format or chart format

Note

Index is a measurement of the trend of share prices. It is not just an average of share prices, but weighted to reflect the number of shares outstanding for a particular group / category.

The index allows you to analyze the stock markets condition e.g. the Composite Index value is based on the 100 blue chip stocks i.e. stocks of well known renowned companies with a track record of dividend payment and capital appreciation over a period of time and if the Composite Index value drops, it means that the stock market is not in a good condition

Intraday Chart

Displays comprehensive information on every sector found in the Indices such as a line graph of the selected Index, a pie chart of the selected index stocks status i.e. the amount of up stocks, down stocks, etc, the leading movers, lagging movers and other charts such as volume, buy rate, value, market capitalization, transactions and up vs. down vs. unchanged

Note

Leading movers are stocks that has the most increment in price change meanwhile lagging movers are stocks that has the most decrement in price change

Comparison

You can make a graph comparison between indices here You can select up to 4 other index to be compared with your selected index The graph for the indices will be displayed in different colors

Note

The value and changes is compared with the previous days closing value and hence if the value is higher than the previous days closing value, the value is positive and vice versa

Historical Chart

Displays the historical performance of indices over the past years. Basically there are 2 tyeps of charts to choose for viewing, Bar Chart and Candle Stick It has the feature of zooming in and out as well as saving the chart.
