Bookmark and Share Procedures you need to know

    You may choose to top up either by cash or cheque into any of the following bank accounts favoring ECM Libra Investment Bank Berhad:-

    Please indicate your name, client code and contact number at the back of the cheque.

    For Payments and Topups through offline banking (ATM, Cash Deposit Machine, ECM Libra branch counter, fund tranfer), please ensure that the payment is updated on the Offline Topup/Deposit webpage.

    Failure to update on the Offline Topup/Deposit webpage could result in the Topup/Deposit not been credited to your trading account.

    Notes:

    1. Cash payments made at ECM Libra counters will be credited immediately into your trust account.
    2. Cheque payments are subject to clearance before being considered as valid funds.

    You may choose to top up using our direct payment module with CIMB or deposit cash or cheques through ATM, cash deposit machine, bank counter or fund transfer.

    Please ensure to update system when you make any offline topup/deposit.

    1. Online TopUp/Deposit
         Top up through direct online payment (CIMB)

    1. Go to Menu » ePayment » Payment & Trust TopUp Submenu » Online
    2. Select your respective client code, enter your TopUp/Deposit amount and click Execute Payment & Deposit button
    3. Minimum top up amount RM100
    4. Our payment module links you to CIMB login page to proceed with payment

    2. Offline TopUp/Deposit
         Top up using ATM, cash deposit machine, bank counter
         or fund transfer through collection accounts

    1. Go to Menu » ePayment » Payment & Trust TopUp Submenu » Offline
    2. Key in client code
    3. Key in mode of deposit which is Cash, Cheque or Transfer
    4. Key in deposit amount, date and time of transaction and bank details

    3. TopUp/Deposit a ECM Libra branch counters

    You can perform a topup/payment at any of our ECM Libra branches

    Important Notice

    For offline payments and top ups/deposits through bank’s ATM, cash deposit machine, bank counter or fund transfer, please ensure that payments are updated on Offline TopUp/Deposit webpage. Failure to do so will result in payment or top up not been credited into your trust account.

    Offline top ups are subject to back office processing and verification. Cash deposits must be sighted in collection account and cheque payments are subject to clearance before allowing funds to be credited into your trust account.

    As such, you must make allowance for processing time to ensure your offline payments meet settlement deadline.

    Cash Upfront Account
    Your trust deposit will automatically be deducted to settle purchase contracts on T+3.

    Collateralised Account
    You must effect payment for your outstanding contracts by 5.30 pm on T+3. Failure to remit payment by 5.30 pm on T+3 will result in force-selling on T+4, the next business day.

    You have 3 options to settle outstanding contracts:

    Option 1: Pay from trust or

    Option 2: Direct online payment from CIMB Bank Berhad

    1. Go to ePayment » Payment & Trust TopUp » Online
    2. Choose to pay single or multiple contracts at one time
    3. You have an option to settle contract fully from Trust, fully from Bank or partially from Trust and remaining from bank
    4. Click on Execute payment & Deposit to confirm upon verification
    5. Our payment module will link you to CIMB login page to proceed with payment

    If you wish to deposit payments through ATM, cash deposit machine, bank counter or fund transfer, please ensure that you allow sufficient time to meet settlement deadline.

    Option 3: Pay cash/cheque at ECM Libra branch counter

    Important Notice

    For offline payments and top ups/deposits through bank’s ATM, cash deposit machine, bank counter or fund transfer, please ensure that payments are updated on Offline TopUp/Deposit webpage. Failure to do so will result in payment or top up not been credited into your trust account.

    Offline top ups are subject to back office processing and verification. Cash deposits must be sighted in collection account and cheque payments are subject to clearance before allowing funds to be credited into your trust account.

    Withdraw funds from your Trust to your designated bank accounts.

    1. Go to Menu » ePayment » withdrawal submenu » Trust
    2. Key in withdrawal amount
    3. Minimum withdrawal RM100

    Trust withdrawal is subject to approval (up to next working day) before amount is credited to your designated bank account.

    Please allow up to 2 working days to credit funds into CIMB and Maybank bank accounts and up to 3 working days to the other bank accounts.

    Available trust for withdrawal takes into account any outstanding contracts, intraday buy transactions and withdrawal amount which is pending for approval.
